Mr. Finn, first of all you will probably end up sued for malpractice for throwing your client under the wheels of the bus or may even face jail time yourself for concealling the dirty deeds of the ULTIMATE con artist a.k.a. James M. Davis. Let’s start with Davis’s 4 story grotesque mansion “Loribel” complete with wine cellar and home theater built on 400 acres, second what about his purchase of the entire downtown of Baldwyn MS and opening business for his wife, children and lovers all on Stanford misappropriated money. All four of his sons either worked for Stanford and reported to him, or worked for Davis Holdings. He claims to have met Laura in church when she was just a teenager, did he tell you he also met his current wife when she was just a teenager (she became his employee too)- and that his affair with Lori starting when she was only seventeen caused his first wife Ruth to commit suicide. Wow some Christian- move for change of venue to someplace like New York- they string people up for sh*! like that in Texas!!

And what’s your client’s first name? A couple problems with some statements you have made in defense of Jim Davis, first you should be aware by now about his long term affair w/ Laura Pendergest, and then his long term affair w/ Heather Sheppard, that will come out… Second big problem you may have is the statement you made regarding how much money Davis made during his tenure with Stanford- hope that 4-5M figure didn’t come from his tax returns or you may have tax evasion charges to deal with too- Good luck Mr. Finn… I’ll keep watching your blog.
