		<description>Thank you for the article ... Bogus Prosecution Costs the Feds $$$ August 21st, 2007 ... I am one of the defendants that did nothing wrong ... However, the gov literally ruined my life and that of my son ... despite the dismissal, our insurance licenses in multiple states were cancelled ... we were sued 15 times in state courts for unpaid claims ... our E&amp;O maxed out after 8 suits and I acted pro se in the last 7 ... friends and business associated abandoned us as undesirable criminals ... we filed for bankruptcy after paying our legal fees ... All in all we were victims of an aggressive female AUSA trying to get a promotion.
