David Finn Discusses the MO3 Murder Case, Jury Selection and Potential Plea Deal on FOX 4

Dallas criminal defense attorney David Finn recently joined FOX 4’s Steven Dial to discuss the ongoing capital murder case surrounding the 2020 killing of Dallas rapper MO3.

 

In the interview, Finn provides a criminal defense attorney’s perspective on the jury selection process underway for Kewon White, the man prosecutors accuse of carrying out MO3’s murder. White is the first of three defendants expected to stand trial in connection with the case. Prosecutors allege that Dallas rapper Yella Beezy, whose legal name is Markies Conway, hired White to kill MO3, whose legal name was Melvin Noble. Conway has pleaded not guilty and denies involvement in the killing.
